MEET CHRISTINA

Book a call

Christina King is a writer, storyteller, and certified coach who has spent the past five years helping women rebuild confidence and open their hearts again to new possibilities. Her work sits at the intersection of healing, self-worth, and the brave decision to give love another chance—on your own terms.

Empathy has been Christina’s superpower since childhood. Growing up with an autistic sibling shaped her into an “old soul” long before she understood what that meant. Helping her brother navigate life, adapt to change, and grow into the joyful, hilarious ray of sunshine he is today taught her how to support others with compassion, patience, and presence. He remains one of her greatest teachers and the quiet inspiration behind her work in the world.

Writing has always been Christina’s other love language. From childhood stories to journaling through her own heartbreaks, she learned early that words could heal wounds she didn’t yet know how to name. She studied English with a Concentration in Writing, found her creative community in college, and even wrote her first book at 21 (a draft she now lovingly swears will never see the light of day). Through it all, writing became the place where she processed, made meaning, and rebuilt herself—page after page.

By the time Christina reached her late 20s, she was the typical burnt-out millennial: working 9–5, anxious, disconnected, craving something more. As she returned to journaling and deepened her spiritual connection, a quiet inner voice whispered: “You should be a life coach.” It was the clarity she had been waiting for. In 2020, she followed the nudge, trained with a women-centered coaching school she instantly felt at home in, and completed her Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. Since then, she has coached clients through career transitions, spirituality, self-worth, and relationships—but love is where she always finds her way back.

Today, Christina is a Relationship and Divorce Coach who helps women navigate divorce, breakup healing, relationship transitions, and the modern dating scene. She helps them rebuild confidence, gain clarity, and approach love with genuine hope instead of fear. She is a big believer in her clients doing things THEIR way. She blends humor, honesty, and emotional depth with the steady belief that love isn’t something you “luck into”—it’s something you grow into, one intentional choice at a time.

Through powerful conversations, mindset work, and her signature journaling practices, Christina helps women become the kind of grounded, confident, open-hearted version of themselves that healthy love naturally gravitates toward. Seeing her clients experience breakthroughs and transform their love lives still feels like magic to her—every single time.

At her core, Christina is, and always has been, a lover of love. A believer in second chances. A storyteller who turns her own lived experiences into guidance for others. And a coach devoted to helping women rewrite their love stories with courage, integrity, and heart.

All About the Love Transitions Coach and The Process

Book A call

Years ago, Christina was picking up the pieces with her own divorce—grieving the life she thought she’d have and trying to figure out how to start over in her love life. She also felt completely lost and fearful of the divorce process itself. A lot of things were unknown, and she didn’t know how to embark on this daunting path that was both the legal dissolution of her marriage, and also the emotional dissolution. She was confused, heartbroken, and unsure who she was outside the relationships that shaped her teens and early 20s. The last time she had been single, an entire decade had passed. Dating apps weren’t even a thing. Everything felt foreign.

With the guidance of her own divorce and relationship coach, Christina learned how to navigate this new chapter with support and clarity. Her coach taught her to be better prepared for divorce—from having the appropriate documentation, to putting together a team of divorce professionals, Christina felt ready to take this next step. The dating world, however, felt like chaos: apps everywhere, dead-end conversations, pressure to “play the game” with rules she didn’t believe in. Nothing about it felt aligned with who she was becoming.

With the help of her coach, Christina was able to reframe her limiting beliefs, fears, and stories about love, dating, and relationships and realize that there are abundant possibilities and a different routes she can take.

But beneath the fear and grief, two truths remained unshakeable:

Christina still believed in love. And she knew she couldn’t keep doing things the same way.

She refused to repeat the same patterns. She wanted a healthier, intentional love—one rooted in clarity, confidence, and emotional maturity. So she did the inner work, and everything in her life began to transform.

Here’s what unfolded as Christina rebuilt her identity and her relationship to love:

💘Became crystal clear on what she wanted in a partner—her values, her needs, and what she’d never again tolerate.
Manifested her first aligned long-term relationship just 12 months after her divorce.
🪞Rebuilt her self-worth from the inside out, learning to trust her intuition more than outside noise.
🫶Created a support system, letting herself be helped instead of carrying everything alone.
🧩Embraced the messy middle of healing, giving herself grace instead of rushing the timeline.
Found her identity outside of marriage, discovering who she was as a woman—not just a partner.
🧠Released years of limiting beliefs about romance, worthiness, and relationships.
💬Worked with a coach, facing her fears directly instead of avoiding them.
🚫Discovered that hookup culture, casual flings, and dating apps were not aligned with the kind of love she wanted.
👑Stepped into the boldest, most confident version of herself, grounded in her own power.
💥Ditched every outdated “rule” about dating and stopped pretending to be someone she wasn’t for love.
💖Learned to be truly happy alone, so when love arrived, it met a whole, fulfilled woman—not a void needing to be filled.
Let go of society’s timelines and stopped measuring her life by expectations of when she “should” settle down.
🌈Made a promise to herself to live a joyful, soul-aligned life—with or without a partner.

Now, Christina helps other women do the same.

Because the real glow-up after heartbreak isn’t about entering a new relationship—it’s about becoming the woman who will never again settle for confusion, crumbs, or anything less than the love she truly deserves.
